We have a new set of apps that need to be translated. There are 20 strings in the new resource file for mxfb-goodies that can be found here:

I just filled it out for French, only one or 2 items are missing that I couldn't do.

German: done

Lines 11 and 12 have spaces to start with. Is this intentional or a booboo?


Line 14 has an error, I think:

This script will back up your current keys file, then install commands for tiling to the end of the file


Shouldn't that be installS?

No, it's correct, because before it says "This script will" do something (singular) "then" do another thing (singular.) If it said "This script backs up your..." then "then installs" would be correct.

Oh yeah, indeed. Stupid grammar (not stupid English grammar, just grammar in general )

I just finished the Portuguese (PT) translation that someone else started!

1) "Toolbar toggle"

maybe: changer de barre d'outils

2) "Click here to sort by path"

something like this: cliquez ici pour trier par PATH

We're looking to release by the end of the month, so would appreciate some additional completed languages. By number of users, the most important would probably be French, German, Polish, Portuguese and Russian--but any additions would be very helpful.

Don't forget to translate it.

The translations into [fr_BE] and [fr] are finished.

Hello everybody.

In Transifex entry number 29, can we translate the words "drun:", "calc:", "help:" and "none:"?
Or are they reserved words and should not be translated?
The machine translator provides excellent translations for all the other words I quoted in the first question, with the exception of the word "drun:", what does this word mean or what does it mean?

I appreciate anyone who can help me with these questions.

Note: Wallon, thank you very much for letting me know about this feature that needs to be translated. Transifex does not send notification to translators when a resource is updated. Transifex sends notification only when a new resource has been submitted to Transifex. The person responsible for updating the resource can, if desired, send a message via Transifex to all volunteer translators.

do not translate them. you can translate the rest of the string, but keep the part before the : as is.

in fact, I think I'm going to adjust those strings to make it easier.

actually, the mx-rofi-manager was moved to another packages, so I'll update those strings in another package and remove from mxfb-goodies. sorry for the hassle. I didn't realize the script existed in more than one package.

Sorry. The one in goodies will disappear soon as we are moving it over to accessories.
