Thank you for the suggestion, but that's kinda a workaround.
I think that something is broken about my repos and I don't know how to fix it.
"Restore original APT sources" from the MX Repo Manager doesn't fix the problem...
I tried on another machine, it let's me install winehq-staging without a problem

OK, so basically the only true solution is to reinstall MX all together
