Cannot install Wine Staging from MX Test Repo

Greetings my excellent friends,
I have a problem, trying to install Wine Staging.
I'm trying to install winehq-staging on a fresh MX install.
in MX Package Installer - MX Test Repo I get this error in console :

So I see this :

but I don't undestand what is the difference betwen wine-staging and winehq-staging.
I know that in the Wine Wiki is recommended : sudo apt install --install-recommends winehq-staging
Am I doing something wrong ? I tried switching the repos but I get the same error.

It should work properly if you check both winehq-staging and wine-staging in MXPI.

winehq-staging is a small compatibility package to allow wine-staging to be the system default wine.

That could be fixed if winehq-staging depended on the wine-staging packages...

I'm so sick of this, 2 out of 10 times when I install MX Linux KDE I get this error on Discover. I never know how to fix it. The updates are woking fine.

so for this one, after a lot of digging, I found the solution that works in MX :

and about the wine problem, if anyone can give some tips..pls ?
btw I get the same window if I try to install from "Enabled Repos"
