Post your QSI (Quick System Info) found under the MX Tools menu. Select "Copy for forum" and paste it as a new comment.
This is my Fluxbox . There are many others like it, but this one is mine. My Fluxbox is my best friend. It is my life.
I must master it as I must master my life. Without me, my Fluxbox is useless. Without my Fluxbox, I am useless.

Error is 123" indicates an issue with the USB drive or its connection to the system

In the termial run

Code: Select all

lsblk
Look for /dev/sdb or its partitions (e.g., /dev/sdb1). If it’s not listed, the system isn’t detecting the USB drive

next run

Code: Select all

dmesg | tail -n 20
This shows recent kernel messages. Look for entries about /dev/sdb or USB-related errors (e.g., "I/O error" or "No medium found"). If the drive is detected but shows errors, it may indicate a hardware issue.
