Why is mail proton.me banned on forum?

When registering, proton.me appears as non-existent and I can’t use it when registering

I am using protonmail
No problem here ( running CinneMX )
When I used it( -me ) first time, it took a decade to transfer files
Try again and give it 10 times more time than you/we are used to.

but I have only myname@proton.me and I don’t want to enter it 10 times in the hope that it will suddenly work out

Mind.. you ARE registered? Different mail address, is the problem changing the address?
