netflix not playing

hi there , netflix wont play on opera one browser ,on FF its fine ,pls see screenshot
the site can play protected contect is selected
the Widevine Cdm plug-in is updated
cant find a turbo mode in opera one to turn off
the browser and OS is updated to latest version
any ideas ?
