What is the reason behind the different reading?
I am on MX Linux 23.2 KDE 64

The one on the right is MX-KoO. I don't recognize the one on the left.

I was playing a DVD then. The left side is 'individual core uses' desktop gadget and the right side is a conky. I am curious to know the reason behind the difference of reading. Individual core uses gadget shows that several cpu core is running 100%, but conky says not the same.

Well... not sure why the difference, but if I run System monitor it seems to agree pretty close with the conky.
Also unsure as to why the core widget is showing 8 cores on a four core machine ;-/ ... I think I would have to suggest that it is a bit wonky on my testing.
