Can't complete update

#1 Post by skallal »

I've tried several times to complete a routine update and get the following errors:

Code: Select all

ull upgrade
apt full-upgrade
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Calculating upgrade... Done
The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:
   libodbccr2 (2.3.11-2+deb12u1)
   libodbccr2:i386 (2.3.11-2+deb12u1)
   linux-headers-6.1.0-13-common (6.1.55-1)
Use 'apt autoremove' to remove them.
The following packages will be upgraded:
   libodbc1 (2.3.11-2+deb12u1 => 2.3.11-3)
1 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
6 not fully installed or removed.

And here is my QSI:

Okay I was able to fix it. But since there's no obvious way to delete my post, here's the fix.

There were two conflicting packages libodbc1 and libodbc2. I uninstalled the first one and now I'm able to update without errors.
