MX-21.3-Fluxbox - Maus - Scroll-Geschwindigkeit regulieren

Hallo, Forum.

Wie kann ich in Fluxbox die Scroll-Geschwindigkeit einer Maus regulieren ?

Ich würde die Geschwindigkeit gerne erheblich reduzieren.
Derzeit ist es eher ein sprunghaftes verhalten, wenn ich versuche zu scrollen.
Mit sanftem Bildlauf hat das nichts zu tun.
Das betrifft nicht nur web-Browser sondern auch Menüs und Dateimanager.

Ich bin kein Fluxbox-Benutzer, aber gibt es nicht noch eine Maus-Konfiguration, die Scroll-Geschwindigkeit in ihm haben?

Danke.
Aber genau das ist mein Problem, dass ich ein entsprechendes Maus-Einstell-Tool in Fluxbox nicht finden konnte.

Ich bin dem Link gefolgt und habe das Thema überflogen.

Liest sich für mich nach einem gescheiterten Lösungsversuch, aber nicht nach einer ordentlichen Lösung.
