I've been using MX Linux on and off and after some distro hopping came back here and it feels great. I feel home.
There's only one problem with it. Two to be exact.
Today when I was using Chrome from flatpak and had some PDFs opened my laptop froze and displayed a blank/black screen. I had to force shut it down. I have no idea what could it be. Maybe GPU drivers? No idea.
But there's another one.
Sometimes when I shutdown my machine I get some weird errors with SCSI disk cache and I have to force shut my laptop because it is just stuck. Lucky there are no repercussions but I am still worried what could it be.
I have a fresh install of MX Linux and literally yesterday started installing some software from official repositories.
I'd like to note I never had similar problems with other distros but I don't like them and here I am back. Trying to fix it or rather ask how to fix it some experienced users.

They must be related (SSD problems) though sometimes there are problems with Chrome or other browsers and Hardware Acceleration (enabled by default).

Can you install the Liquorix 6.5.5-... kernel with 2 clicks from "MX Package Installer" (the initial tab) and try?

Here are a couple of ideas:

1. Have you tried booting with systemd? See if you get the same results running systemd. Because you are using flatpak "that may" make a difference.
2. Do you get the same results when you use Firefox, which comes with the base install?
