I don't exactly know what to do with it and maybe I don´t want to. I like it the way I have it now, but the panel-problems are in this domain.

Next time when you start anew and when it begins to look like a bit as you wanted: "MX Tweak" : backup current panel :)

In the meantime I like to report after two weeks of discovery this is the most perfect Linux distribution I have ever seen.

It is to me now.
So icons or something like 'docklike taskbar' or 'statusbar' etc. are not exclusively moveble across the panels (or not at all) with the mouse,
but also or only via 'panel-setting' (tab 'items', something like in LXDE Linux). I didn't know. Completely clear now.
No bug. Also: when some program keeps running in the background after quit an icon might apear in 'statusbar'.
Statusbar shows what is running.
