AVL-MXE: Is Rakarrack included?

some time ago I used to add effects to my guitar using rakarrack: https://rakarrack.sourceforge.net/ in AVLinux, but honestly I can't remember if it was included in the O.S. or I just downloaded it from repos.
So my question is: is rakarrack (still) included in AVLinux? If no: is safe/recommended to install it or there is some other application which simulates a guitar effects pedalboard in a better way? I already know Guitarix, so I'm asking if there is something else apart from it.

Looks like 0.6.1 is available in the repository, but I don't believe it's installed by default (it is not on my system).
Other options are Guitarix, as you mentioned; ToneLib GFX, which is not free, but is nice. You could also use Carla or some other plugin host.
