Off Line Distro Text Translator

Argos translate software is opensource can use offline but when installing error in github


Software Crow translate works when installing, however it is from google translator with 40 cookies included every 1 minute destroying computer with advertising


Libre Translate software is opensource, but talves be api of google!! !


I need an off line text translator tool and I can't find any distro in linux mx, an important tool for Spanish and Russian text translator and Chinese or Arabe.


any design to put on the distro the tool use off line??
