KDE window borders issue

In my efforts to repair an issue with VLC, I managed to mess up my KDE desktop and default theme. Now my applications open in a small size with no way to resize, minimize, maximize or close the window from the border. I'm sure there is a way to repair this, but I don't know where to start. Any assistance welcomed. I tried to attach a screenshot, but it is too large to attach.

Notice that the attached window cannot be moved around the desktop or resized and the upper right-hand border does not have the minimize, maximize or close icons in the border.

@dolphin_oracle From Konsole: "Command 'kwin' not found, but can be installed with:
sudo apt install kwin-x11"

So I did. I believe all of the default themes were uninstalled.

@dolphin_oracle Installing kwin-x11 in Konsole fixed the issue with the application windows borders. Again, I thank you!
