Is the MX23.1 version of KDE's tiling window option disabled? I tried to look at many places but no luck so far. Thanks

I find it in System Settings > Desktop Effects >Tiling Editor. It is a toggle. When toggled, dragging to screen edges the window will be tiled .

Seems to be working on my system. If I Shift-Drag, I can drop the window into any area I've set up suing the tiling editor (meta-T), and if I drag the window without the shift key, it will fill a 1/4 or 1/2 screen, or full screen if I drag it to the top of the screen.

Super (Windows) key pressed along with the arrow keys gives a 1/2 screen or 1/4 screen 'pseudo tiling'. (modifying the display of a previously opened window.)
