missing toolbar in PM's

missing toolbar in PM's

Just curious, where did the toolbar go that was in the PM tool? It's the same one in the forum message composition window.

Yeah, that's good question.. I sent A PM today and though I had gone crazy because I swore I could format code and quotations in PM's before and couldn't today... :confused:

For some reason the option was not enabled, I do not know how that happened. Fixed now.
