How can I watch boot process?

#1 Post by butch »

I moved MX19 from sda8 to sda5. Now the boot dies about 3/4 thru.

How do I force it to print the bootup so that I might get a hint of what is wrong?I

You can press E on Grub and change ... ro quiet splash to nosplash then F10 to go on boot.

Also Esc or Home keys may show the flowing text.
