KDE strange behaviour

Suddenly Plasma started to behave strangely. I don't understand the trigger of it. Maybe it was an error in Clementine audio player. There was a note that, if i remember well, something went wrong with Kwin, but i am not sure, i couldn't reproduce that notice. So, screen edge triggers stopped to operate and panels are now highlighted with white lines. Not so awful but annoying.

I made Ctrl+Alt+Backspace and

Code: Select all

killall plasma-desktop && kstart plasma-desktop

but it didn't help.

Any ideas?

UPD. Ctrl + Alt + F1 and

rm -rf .kde/share/config/plasma-*
