The Guardian obituary of Mary Coombs, " the first woman in the world trained to program a computer for business applications", gives an interesting view of the early days of business computing.

An extremely fascinating youtube vid from Veritasium on the history of computers from an historical standpoint. He has a follow-up vid about the future of computing itself but I never get too excited about videos of the "future" so will not be watching that one.
