i cant install this somethings broke idk its weird i CANT install it i think the os is done is there any saving it to install wine?

sorry i didnt give much info but my brain hurts right now i dont know what to say right now
So i uninstalled everything wine. and it broke i tried installing wine over this time 64 bit wine but i run into a error saying libfaudio0 cant be installed how do i fix something like this?

libfaudio0 is in the MX=19 Test repo.
Installing wine-staging from the Test repo probably brought it in the first time.
In MX Package installer you need to uncheck the box (in the Test Repo tab) that hides library and -dev packages to see it.

it is unchecked becuase i deleted everything that had to do with wine i was starting over with it

If it was me, I'd reinstall, I know that isn't what you want to hear... but it seems to me that you're bandaiding things, which will not last in the long run.

But you've turned your system into a FrankenMX. You've added even more repos now (Debian Testing and winehq).
And if you followed that website, you've probably manually installed .debs or added OBS repos, Lord knows what the status of everything is at this point.

Maybe you already seen these posted on the forums, but please read:

Since you want to use the kxstudio stuff, my recommendation is this (think the steps are good but its super late here):
1) Download and install AVLinux MX Edition https://download.linuxaudio.org/avlinux/AVL-MXE/64bit/
2) BEFORE anything else, open MX Package Installer, click on the MX Test Repo, search for Timeshift and install it
2.1) Read about what Timeshift does if you don't know https://github.com/teejee2008/timeshift ... /README.md
3) Open MX Tools or MX Snapshot directly, create a MX Snapshot ISO of your system
4) Open Timeshift, create a "Timeshift snapshot" (recommend disabling the schedules - uncheck all the boxes - do manual snapshots until you understand it all)

At that point you should have:
- a version of MX (AVL-MXE) so you have the kxstudio stuffs
- a ISO snapshot made with MX Snapshot so you can reinstall at the point after you installed and installed TimeShift
- TimeShift snapshot so you can easily roll back if things get messy

I don't know the status of WINE on AVL-MXE, not sure if you should install it via MX Package Installer, or if the recommended way on AVL-MXE is something else.
Maybe someone will come along to answer that.

For now please do not add PPAs and other repos, until you get comfortable with MX Linux, you can really mess up your installation.
MX ISO snapshots and Timeshift snapshots can help if you get in a sticky situation, but they aren't a excuse to create a FrankenMX and snapshots taken after things are messed up won't help at all because its too late then.

If you have questions, please feel free to ask here, no question is a bad question. Far better to save time and energy than learn things the hard way.

Doesn't AVL come with Wine preinstalled? I thought it did to run some VST plugins or something.

I'd install AVL-MXE using the steps I provided earlier, then...

- install the Liqourix kernel
- install Lutris using MX Package Installer from the MX Test Repo tab
- probably take MX and Timeshift snapshots then

Feel free to use whatever Distro you feel comfortable in, but with any Distro, you'll run into issues randomly adding repos and not having a rollback or recovery options.
