Can this be forwardported to MX-19 or packaged for 19?
viewtopic.php?p=501831#p501831 (my package request thread for it for MX-18 which contains all the information.)

Also here's the github page: https://github.com/ok2cqr/cqrprop/releases. Downloading the tarball, unarchiving it then copying/pasting the files it contains in / installs it (except for a launcher in the menu, I made my own) and it runs in MX-19, so it shouldn't need to be compiled from source to package it.
