hp printer not dectected [Solved]
I have a HP Deskjet 4155e all in one printer which I am trying to install connected through USB. When I try to install it using the HPLIP software it doesn't detect it. I am using MX 19.4 Xfce. I have search the MX forum and returned "No suitable matches were found." I have tried the HP site for support without any success. I have searched the Internet which all I found is to install HPLIP which I have installed already. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I was finally able to get it to install and work. What happened is the information on the HP website is WRONG! It seems the information others posted on the Internet was what use to work but didn't work with my printer. Apparently the HPLIP software doesn't work with my printer. I used Print Settings in MX Linux instead which worked. I hope this helps others who run into this issue.
