MX Linux license clarification

Hi I saw on Wikipedia the license MX uses is not standard GPL... can you elaborate further about "Linux Foundation Sublicense No. 20140605-0483"

The name "MX Linux" is protected by that sublicense. This is so some random person doesn't just throw their own respin together and call it "MX Linux EXXXTREME!" without official permission.
