On-desktop shortcut for suspend/sleep in the Xfc

How do we have on desktop shortcut for suspend/sleep in the Xfce that used to be easily created in KDE, Mate ?
also if it's easy to have shutdown or restart, etc of such.. Thanks in advance

It's on the default panel at the top. No need for it on the desktop.

My method for this:

Right-click on Desktop and choose "Create Launcher"

In the Command section, enter one of the following for the desired function:

xfce4-session-logout --suspend

xfce4-session-logout --hibernate

xfce4-session-logout --halt --fast

xfce4-session-logout --reboot --fast

In addition, you can choose a nice icon.
