If you are interested in a mini, System 76 has this: https://system76.com/desktops/meerkat
It's a bit more pricey than the Beelinks, but worth a look as it has a variety of configuration options. A friend in Mexico has been running one for a year or so now, and likes it.

Not sure where you are, but if in Europe, probably similar units available from Slimbook, Tuxedo, etc.

@marcsitkin Thank you for the suggestion. These mini units are very tempting to buy, but I'll probably end with a laptop.
