MX 19 Repository: The Ksnip Thread

As you've probably discovered Ksnip-1.7.1 is now in main.

Good, we packaged those older libk* packages ourselves since Debian didn't have them, but now we're getting back in sync with the mothership, so they are removed like I hoped the control file would do.

IDK about the starting in the taskbar...maybe it's a "feature"? I just right-click the thing, myself...

Some nice new features. Minimized start as well for me regardless of setting. Other than that slight annoyance it works well.

Minimised start is a "feature". Happens in manjaro as well.
