I don' t think that it' s the problem, because i' ve got only MX 23 installed on that PC and SSD is set to AHCI mode. I can' t post QSI, but my MOBO is an ASRock B75M Dash with 2x4GB DDR3, 3rd Gen Intel i5 CPU and a PNY 480GB SATA SSD.

I don' t think that's the problem, because the only OS installed on that PC in MX and disk is set to AHCI.
For System Info, I can' t post QSI yet, but I know I'm on an Asrock B75M Dash motherboard with 2x4 GB
DDR3, Intel Core i5 3rd Gen and 480GB SATA3 SSD.

Please boot from MX LiveUSB, and run from there the QSI-tool to generate the QSI report.
In case you can make a picture of the errror message, maybe post the picture.
Or type manually the error text.
With some more information, we may (or not) get an idea on how to proceed, to find a way to fix the issue.

Sorry for the long waiting, I solved the problem doing a partition control from Rescatux liveusb.
