The 5.12 Kernel has the full Realtime (RT) capabilities baked in without any patches, simply a boot switch to turn it on... A pretty big milestone in the kernel world, hopefully it will become the default (not that it's a very big deal to update)

I saw that when I booted KDE Neon's live ISO and didn't care for it.

Config files seem to be like in Plasma 5. I briefly tried KDE recently and it was very attractive but I couldn't believe it's bad housekeeping with the config stuff, most DE's contain their stuff in a single dot folder or ~/.config subfolder and I thought in the past KDE did too but it seems Plasma 5 didn't..
