Thanks a billion, @rajivrajiv wrote: Thu Jun 13, 2024 7:41 pm Have you looked at using RClone and RClone Browser. That is what I use for Google Drive, Box and Dropbox. You can also use other services as well. I open and mount each of those services into a folder using rclone browser. You can also put in the rclone commands into your init files.
Those folders can be treated as folders that are in your local storage, even though they reside in the ether. This way I don't use up my local data storage, unless I really need to, in which case, I copy the file to a local location.
RClone Browser is the answer. It is amazing.
I tried on a live USB a few times, installing, configuring, rebooting, repeating.
I like the idea of mounting a specific Google drive folder to a specific local folder.
This is even more than what I was looking for.
Amazing MX as a community in the first place and as a distro. (I have been distrohopping like since January 2021 and tried everything, Arch, DEB, RPM based distros even BSD, I have been on Linux since 2000 (but I can't pretend I am expert) I can say even since I started Linux in 2000, absolutely MX is on top of all as a distro and a community)
You are amazing guys.
