Black screen with cursor  [Solved]

Help with the version of MX KDE officially released by the Development Team.
When asking for help, use Quick System Info from MX Tools. It will be properly formatted using the following steps.
1. Click on Quick System Info in MX Tools
2. Right click in your post and paste.

I am going to also suggest to try a liquorix kernel. I have a bunch of lenovo's running it, and other machines too, and it seems to resolve a few issues like this.

I have found that the 6.5.11 and 6.6.11 are very good, and have just started testing the 6.7.x version on my rigs too.
*QSI = Quick System Info from menu (Copy for Forum)
*MXPI = MX Package Installer
*Please check the solved checkbox on the post that solved it.
*Linux -This is the way!

I've tried 6.6.12 - everything is similar - I need to reset xranrd settings after reconnect hdmi
