Ah, sometimes BIOS have this feature, often found in "boot" sections / catgories, I was hoping that may help you.
I was just mentioning because I don't like when users have to download a ton of little applications to fix simple issues.
Good example is I really enjoy XFCE, but there are a couple things that I feel should be built in by default, that require small applications to provide solutions for them.
Anyways, it is good that these small applications exist to at least be able to help users solve their problems.

Even if someone can confirm my statement that these key states appear to be half based on your hardware.
