Nope sir.
That confirms @dolphin_oracle's comment about a stuck key as the most like cause of the problem. But, it also could be a stuck mechanism under a key. In the first case, you need to get a can of compressed air and clean that keyboard. In the second case, either replace the actual keyboard or use an external one.

HP 15; ryzen 3 5300U APU; 500 Gb SSD; 8GB ram
HP 17; ryzen 3 3200; 500 GB SSD; 12 GB ram
Idea Center 3; 12 gen i5; 256 GB ssd;

In Linux, newer isn't always better. The best solution is the one that works.

I'm pretty sure that ain't the case sir. Before I change my OS Windows to MX Linux everything is working fine sir including the keyboard. Like I said I can type everything when I hold the mod/win key for a sec and if I stop typing for sec thhe application I've typing too won't register the keys. So I think the keyboard isn't the problem, sir.

If you can remove xserver-xorg-input-evdev and reboot. This should force the usage of the libinput drivers which at least is a different set of input drivers.

There are two things that you need to keep in mind:
-- Linux isn't as fault tolerant as windows
-- a component working in Windows is no guarantee that it will work the same in Linux.
