Add your command to a file at ~/.xsessionrc, as I mentioned in my earlier post.

Have you tried updating yet? I think you need version 13.0-5 of the pulseaudio package for autospawn to work properly under sysvinit.

I have pulseaudio 13.0-5. For ~/.xsessionrc couldn't find the correct command, so I solved by creating ~/.config/autostart/pulse.desktop
