MX 18 Does not shutdown/reboot [Solved]

Hello guys,

I tried installing now "Parrot OS" and I have the same problem....
Could anyone help to investigate the problem here?
When installed then system I was able to reboot but when I finally get to my system I could not shutdown neither reboot.

Could windows 10 cause problems here?

I upgraded to 4.20 kernel and same problem....

Are you sharing a home folder on a ntfs partition?

No I am not sharing any folder in an ntfs partition.
