Are you trying to install using the AHS version ?
*QSI = Quick System Info from menu (Copy for Forum)
*MXPI = MX Package Installer
*Please check the solved checkbox on the post that solved it.
*Linux -This is the way!

Hello CharlesV, good afternoon.

I've tried both versions (MX-23.6.1_x64 KDE (with the 6.1 kernel and ahs repos enabled) and MX-23.6_x64 “ahs”) but the results are the same (black screen, laptop frozen)

Best regards

Can you see if it boots with the MX 25 beta that's out now?
MXPI = MX Package Installer
QSI = Quick System Info from menu
The MX Test repository is mostly backports; not the same as Debian testing

Hello Stevo, good afternoon.

Yes, I can boot with the iso of MX-25_Xfce_ahs_beta1_x64.iso and with the KDE iso MX-25_KDE_beta1_x64.iso.

The problems that I have (black screen, laptop frozen) don't appear with the beta version of MX-Linux 25.

Best regards
Nuno
