Guten Morgen Gemeinde,

wir haben hier eine Ladung Dell-Laptops bekommen, die wir mit MX-Linux beglücken wollen.
Modell: Dell Pro 16 Plus PB16250

Bisher läuft alles außer dem Ton.
ein aplay -l liefert: device_list:274: keine Soundkarten gefunden.
Im Bios sind die Audiogeräte aktiviert.
Ein "Nachschieben" des AHS-Kernels 6.12.35+1-amd64 brachte leider auch nicht die erhoffte Verbesserung.

Hat jemand einen Tipp wie ich hier weiterkomme?
hwinfo hängt als .txt mit dran.

Probieren Sie MX Select Sound (ins Menü) aus und testen Sie, ob das hilft.

Auch nicht mit einem über HDMI angeschlossenen Monitor. Als Monitor funktioniert er. Aber halt ohne Sound.

Wir haben 15 Stk. bekommen.
Muss ich schauen, das war No.1 aus dem später das Image gezogen werden soll(te).
Ich packe mal wahlweise einen aus und melde mich.
