AHS Upgrade NVidia drivers

When I look up NVidia drivers for the RTX 4060, it shows version 550.90.07
The currently used driver is 525.147.05
Are upgrades to possibly 535.xxx.xx or 545.xxx.xx or 550.90.07 in testing by developers?
I just upgraded the kernel to 6.9.4-1-liquorix on the AHS release of MX 23.3 XFCE. I guess I'm just wanting to satisfy my curiosity on how my system will react to those changes, hopefully without "breaking" anything.
What's the best way for me to implement that change?

Those 525 drivers are being pushed into Bookworm main by Debian, and they still build on 6.8 and 6.9 kernels (which Bookworm hasn't even heard about yet).

Being that Nvidia driver problems can make it impossible to get to a GUI, they are infamous for having bugs, and we don't have much hardware to test with, I'm a bit leery of backporting the drivers from upstream without a pressing need.

Since June 14, the drivers have gone to 535.183.06. I haven't done what dolphin_oracle said. What I'd like to see happen is that in Steam games, like Egosoft's X space games, that the text be bigger so I can read them without squinting on a 43" 4k monitor. What is my best plan of action? Is there anything to do with the Nvidia Settings config or something else?

You need to post the output from the QSI utility. The Quick System Info (QSI) utility is located in MX Tools and its output is automatically formatted for use here in the forum. Run the QSI utility, click “Copy for Forum” at the bottom and then just paste it here in your thread.

I would think the size of text in a particular game would tend to depend on what the game developers have set, not something in the overall system.
