MX23 Plasma stucks on "fully populated...done"

Good evening everyone, I'm new to the forum but I use MxLinux since version 18. So far I had not encountered any problem (thanks mainly to the skill of the developers), but just today when starting the system has been frozen in "fully populated...done". I searched in the internet but I haven't found a solution, so I wanted to know if anyone on the forum has had the same problem and has been able to solve it. I

By the way, I have tried 3 different kernels, updated the system and reinstalled kde plasma from chroot with a Mx21 that I have in multiboot, but the situation did not change.
