 • Manage Tags: categories having no tags can now be deleted.
 • Gallery metadata view: extra [user custom] indexed metadata items are now 
   displayed following the standard items. 
 • Gallery Screen: option added to select only files that have been edited.
 • Copy From Image: source and destination images are initially overlaid at
   position (0,0). This avoids the need to carefully sync images that are 
   already precisely overlaid, e.g. edited versions of the same image. 
 • Tags per category limit was increased from 2K to 20K characters.
 • Some fatal error messages now have popups in addition to log file output
   (no need to hunt for the log file to get error details). 
 • Bugfix: user guide [recent] picklist: hang dead if no choice is made.
 • Bugfix: widgets for curve editing via mouse: sometimes refused to resize.
 • Bug workaround: GDK sometimes fails to update window (started with U22.04,
   gone after point release, returned with next point release).

 • New: Edit > Upright: one-button image upright function (±90 or 180 degrees).
   EXIF orientation parameter is used to determine the direction required.
 • Bugfix: Rotate: if rotate angle is exactly ±90 or 180 degrees, do not 
   perform a small sharpening of the rotated image. It is already perfect.
 • Bugfix: When an image is rotated or uprighted, set exif orientation=1 
   instead of deleting it.
 • Bugfix: Edit Meta: delete location/country did not delete geocoordinates.
 • Bugfix: Stop [harmless] "not replaced" log messages during startup.

 • New: Effects > Blobs: pixels attract each-other and condense into blobs
                  around local centers of mass (mass == pixel brightness).
 • "exiftool -n orientation=1" replaced "exiftool orientation=horizontal"
   (only for consistency - should not make a difference in functionality).
 • User Guide: format revised to better handle text line wrapping. 
 • Bugfix: Copy/Move: menus not working if current file moved elsewhere
           (but recover OK when new file is opened).
