I have a question about an update that appeared in Updates - Discover. It says the Author is unknown and it needs access to all on my computer.
Is it safe to install this update ?

yes it parts of mx-packageinstaller-pkglist. perfectly safe. if discover dealt better with apt repositories without appstream data it would not have said owner unknown.
