Plasma notificaton flickering, and other flickerings.

Anyone else having problems with notifications popping up and flickering. (I also noticed the boot screen and SDDM login screen act blocky and flicker as well.)

I guess I'm wondering if this is this still the best solution still to add lines to 20-intel.conf file:

Anyway, anyone with screen flickering on bootup or flickering notifications can try solution above.

If anyone knows a better solution (if anyone knows about intel vs modesetting etc) I'm all ears.
