just a thought - moksha is based on E - enlightenment. it has it's own set of libraries i believe. there is an elnlightenment desktop in the mx package inmdtsller under - test repos - there are a few enlightenment facets to install. i tried it maybe 2 years ago and some aspects worked and some had glitches. t seemed rather limited after having used moksha many years ago. i actually liked tthat environment but the genera; aspects of the ditro and the direction was way to sketchy for me and als based on ubuntu which i hated!. my 1 cent worth. good luck.

Ok, perhaps I better try it in a live session.

Thanks a lot.

wanted to add moksha has more apps and packages which makes things doable and more things doable. with my ast experience with E there was stuff that was missing that was only endemic to moksha and their development. it had nothing to do with MX - just a lot of what i would call missing stuff on E as opposed to all of the little things/goodies that make moksha more user-friendly.

I did ask in Bodhi forums as well.
The dev said it is not an easy thing to do.
So I left it at that.
Thanks anyway.

oh systemd is included with your mx install. so if moksha needs systemd and the devs said mx doesn;t have it - they are wrong because you can choose to run systemd. i keept it systemd free for my needs.
