Problems with updating

Hi,

I'm a newbie and I tried to update/upgrade today and I got the following feedback. Any ideas how I should proceed?

I'm not sure what system information you might need so please just let me know.

those are dns resolution errors. is the system connected to the internet?

Your profile puts you in my home province (Ontario). If your ISP is Rogers, or if you have a cable connection via a wholesaler like Tek Savvy (Rogers' infrastructure), you need to keep in mind that Rogers' DNS servers are unreliable at best. I think that your best option right now would be to use Network Manager to make your computer use public DNS servers like Google's:
