No sound after recent updates - PulseEffects are broken

@SO2001 An updated pulseeffects package is now in the MX Test Repo. Use the MX Package Installer to upgrade to it.
This should fix the problem, but please leave feedback so (if it fixes the problem) we can get this into the Main repo soonest.

What should I do when this pulseefects test repo software gets replaced with updates from the main stable repo. Should I just install the main repo update, or first uninstall the testrepo update before installing the upcoming stable repo update?

I already pushed it to Main. It won't show as an update because it's the same package you got from Test. But those with the old version that didn't see this will GRT fixed automatically.

I can also confirm that the issue is fixed but system needs a reboot after updates, otherwise it does not work. In regards to PulseEffects packages in test and stable repo I can still see PulseEffects 4.8.7-1~mx21 on both repos. Thanks for fixing the issue.
