Request for Exult 1.8-1 (from Debian Testing)

#1 Post by Danathar »

Hello! The current version of Exult, which is a game engine that runs the game assets from Ultima 7 is at 1.6-3 in the current bullseye repo. The current version in Debian testing is 1.8-1 and that new version has significant improvements. Could we get that added to MX 21 testing?

thanks!

Sure, I'll take a try at it.

I just uploaded it for the MX 19 and 21 test repos, but you can get it early here. It seems to be a single deb for each architecture. There's an optional exult-studio package for each, too.

Thanks! I'll download it and give it a go (and report back). I'd be surprised if it didn't work.
