Htop and Taskmanager different ram values?

Hi, why are the Ram values different in these two apps?
Which one is true?

Did you make certain all running apps were identical on the two? Does each app match at exactly the same time (between the two reports)? Memory use is transient and to compare the results between measurement tools really requires they measure and report exactly the same machine states. Have fun getting the right. ;)

That's because those two apps use a different amount of RAM.
