The problem is that many people do not understand the words and terms being used. Paste, QSI, Buffer, etc. It is ALL foreign to many new users. No matter how many instructions you write or how many times you suggest to read the instructions, many people do not understand the words. Some people will learn from watching a video. Maybe a link to a video can be added to that pop-up box? I don't know. Just spit-balling. I have no idea what the answer is.
