KDE Discover not working

#1 Post by tranquilartist »

Hello everyone! First post here and first time using linux in about a decade! After one of the updates, KDE discover is not working. It says unable to load applications please verify internet connectivity. How would I fix this? I have mxlinux 21 dual booted.

I have connection to the internet and other app managers work. Firewall doesn't effect it if its on or off.

Update-2 out of 3 working. Application Add-ons still gets stuck on "Still looking". No network complaints.

I see similar to BGums. the Application Addons category, when selected, never loads.

there are a few error reports spanning different distros for the error the OP reported. I've not seen an actual solution, other than sometimes discover just starts working again.

@Adrian any ideas?

Yeah Application Addons doesn't work here either, I think we got stuck with a bug from whatever was put in Bullseye, I saw the same report on Debian forums.
