MX 21 Repository: The SMPlayer Thread

SMPlayer is a front end for the mpv media player which adds many more features. One can also use mplayer as the player engine instead of mpv.

Updated to 21.10.0 in main, which basically adds support for using yt-dlp instead of youtube-dl.
