terminology update request

Please update terminology to the latest version which is 1.9.0.

This version is only in Debian Sid at the moment and looks possible to back port but it will take time as all the dependencies are also in either Bullseye or Sid as well and from a quick glance there seems to be a bunch of them.

Hey, we already have the newer BDs in the test repo, so it should be a rather simple backport if you want to try it:
